This is an excellent pub that is dog friendly too! Owners, Steph and Kev, are very welcoming of dogs as they love them! Dogs are allowed inside and out and there’s always a fresh bowl of water available. In terms of the pub itself, it has a great range of beer (both on the bar and bottled), cider, wine and gin and plays host to a lot of live bands and comedy nights at the weekend.

7 September 2016 at 3:55pmOur greyhound, Jez, loves the New Barrack Tavern. He is always made to feel welcome. There is a quieter room away from the main body of the pub, which has been helpful when live music was on. The beer garden is beautiful.
