Park up take a walk and finish it off with a lovely pint of Cask Ale and a meal whilst your dog gets a treat and water. Lovely village pub off the beaten track but yet so close to the M61 and M65. Worth exploring the area. Lovely log fire in winter. Can only be described as a vibrant village pub. Not a managed pub and is a passion of the friendly couple who run it.

Dogs well catered for as well with food/treats and water readily available and a ready smile from the staff to great and talk to them. Sunday night is a great night out if your a dog….you can bring your owner too…
