Never known a pub so friendly and welcoming to dogs. Jars of treats behind the bar, given away freely. Regulars who are dog owners have to take a different route if they don't want to be dragged in on the wrong end of the lead if they're with their partners who thought they were 'just taking the dog out for a good walk'!

Great home cooked food and at least 5 guest beers on at the bar. Dogs welcome anywhere in the pub with treats for your four legged friends. AAA++++

Fantastic friendly pub, landlord and staff very friendly and helpful. Old traditional pub, real fires great ale and great food. Couldn't ask for more.
The best
