Nestled at the base of Bredon Hill we are perfectly located for glorious scenic dog walks up the hill or around the surrounding villages. We always have fresh dog water bowls available inside and out, a big jar of various doggy treats and lots of fuss from the staff. We have various areas that are all dog friendly including the main bar, lower Bar ( nice warm fire in the winter to dry off) and cafĂ© (nice and quiet for our doggy friends away from the hustle and bustle of the bar). We also have a large patio with shelter from the sunshine and a large grassed garden perfect for stick throwing. For those who are not as into dogs as we are there is the restaurant area. Being a village pub owned by the local community many of our regulars have dogs and often bring them in, we also get a lot of tourists / walkers because of our beautiful location and we encourage them to bring their pooches (and even the odd pony or horse!). We often get asked if customers can take their left over bits of steak or meats home for the dogs – no problem at all, we’ll happily wrap up a “doggy bag”!

It is more than dog friendly. One Sunday lunchtime we saw a local farmer taking his rather large ram to the Queens to socialise it!! Very helpful and friendly pub. Just need to have Fladbury faggots on the menu all the time!! A great country pub. Looking forward to kick start the New Year with a drink at the Queens and a walk up Bredon Hill, its a village custom. Our local Ramblers group lunch at the Queens regularly – must be good!
