The Borehole is a family run micro pub bar tap to the Lymestone Brewery which is only 150 yards further onto the business park.
Currently the local CAMRA pub of the year the Borehole is a truly dog friendly pub.
It has won the Staffordshire Dog Friendly pub of the year for 2 years on the bounce and has a wide range of dog friendly characteristics
Dog beds are available, treats are given to all canine visitors. Dog water is available inside the pub and also outside for times when the pub is closed to human visitors. The pub regularly plays host to dog walks and supports several local charities including theĀ Staffordshire Search and Rescue team.
The Borehole is open from 12md each day and well behaved dogs are welcome at any time.
Sparky and Pud the resident spaniels collect lost balls on the plot – a local walking area – and bring them back to the Borehole where their canine visitors are welcome to play with them or take them home!
Dog towels are available for those wet days, and a log burning stove helps to dry everyone out.

2 November 2019 at 2:53pmA proper pub, a place that has all the feel and community of a local pub but with a modern twist. The drink is amazing and the owners of the brewery are very proud of what they create. Always a good time at the Borehole. Just when you think it can’t get better you can invite the dog awswell. Just an awesome pu..
