The Whestsheaf Howden is a super little country pub, which is extremely dog friendly! There are always water bowls, and jars of dog treats, which you can help yourself to free of charge. The open fire is always popular with our four legged friends in winter, and the spacious beer garden is a great place to relax after a nice walk.

Highly recommend a visit with its lovely new country decor, warm open fire and lots of good ales and drinks on offer. Plus drinking bowls, treats and outside areas for dogs to run or relax, which is a huge plus. Well done, we shall be back again very soon.
