5 October 2018 at 3:35pmVery pleasant pub, very welcoming to us and our dog. We had lunch and a couple of drinks which was very nice. Well worth a visit. Everyone who has a dog should support cosy pubs like this and boycott the big chains that have boycotted dogs.

11 September 2018 at 9:57amLiz & Chris who run The Bell are always very welcoming and friendly. Also Paul (behind the bar) is a great converationalist and we always find plenty to talk about. We have two greyhounds who come along with us……they can’t wait to get there when we point the car in the direction of the pub. Doggie biscuits are always on tap, and in the winter there is a lovely fire that they sprawl in front of. In the summer there is also a garden if we want to be outside, and dogs are welcome there as well.
