One of the most important things that we tell our customers about our business is that we’re a pub, not a restaurant. We are a relaxing escape from the normality of life, a home away from home. And if your best friend is at home, so why wouldn’t he be at the pub, regardless if he’s human or canine?
When dog beers were brought to the market, we were one of the first businesses in the on-trade to buy them in, on top of always having offered doggy biscuit treats and water bowls. For most people, their dog is an essential part of their life and deserve the same hospitality as they themselves do. We agree, that’s why we class ourselves as dog-friendly.

5 September 2018 at 4:32pmGreat pub with nice little outdoor area (which you can access via sidegate rather than through the pub if that’s easier with your dog!). varied menu too, and they serve dog biscuits/water/dogbeer at the bar.
