Beautiful dog friendly pub situated in the heart of Sankey Valley Park. We have a dog station with towels, treats, fresh water and dog bowls available. We also do a dogs Sunday dinner with all the trimmings. We hold a dog of the week competition, you have the chance of winning 2 pints on us if you dog gets chosen.
We do lovely food and a vast selection of drinks for our 2 legged guests too, with a pub quiz with rock and roll bingo and open the box every Thursday, along with board games and colouring books provided to keep the little ones entertained.
Fun for all the family.!

10 October 2018 at 9:46amBud is 9. Bud loves the maltings. Bud loves how her can go to the pub, have a drink and occasionally a biscuit. Bud isn’t just your average cockerpoo….. Bud is one of us. He understands English, likes to steal socks and says ‘Wow’ when he stretches. His new social life at The Maltings has been the making of this special friend. Be like Bud…..

29 September 2018 at 8:09pmThis pub is where my summer childhood evenings were spent. After being closed down for a while it’s reopened and it’s better than ever! Such friendly staff, whom nothing is too much trouble for all family members even those with four legs!! They have a little treat station and lots of water bowls for our fury family member and allowing them inside means I can have a gin whilst my pooch has a well deserved mid-walk treat of his own during cold winter months.
