This Family Run Independent Pub is a beautiful olde worlde 17th Century building. Very Pooch friendly! We own a German Shepherd and a very old Shi Tzu who is blind- you may find him on his cushion by the radiator sniffing for sausages from the cook or keeping warm with his much larger brother!
Our pub is completely dog friendly; however we do ask for the sake of other guests to keep on a lead and clean up any little accidents outside but other than that anything goes! We always have a doggy bowl or 2 for water, spare biscuits and treats for our 4 legged friends and maybe something left over if cook feels generous!
We serve local homemade food daily including a fabulous Sunday lunch. Food is served Weekdays 2-8:30pm, Saturdays 12-9 & Sunday 12-4pm. Doggy bowls for a small meal of vegetables and meat £3 served daily for our 4 legged pals!
We have a selection of Hot and Cold Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic drinks. Our Thursday night quiz is also well attended by 2-legged and 4-legged beings!
