7 October 2017 at 7:57pmWelcomed dogs with biscuits and water in suitable and clean receptacles. No request was too much bother and the food and service matched the welcome. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

27 September 2017 at 7:45pmA fantastic dog friendly pub with a beer garden and plenty of room for the dogs to wander around. The landlady makes sure there is always Fresh water available and there are dog biscuits on the bar that you can take to give your dog a snack. The pub is a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Haigh Hall country park.

27 September 2017 at 5:01pmThis a fantastic dog-friendly pub. The landlady is very welcoming to our four-legged friends. There are water bowls inside and outside, treats are kept behind the bar and the owners are asked if they would like some for their pet which is much better than giving them straight to the dog in case of any dietary issues. Recently the pub hosted a greyhound walk and fundraiser. The pub was full of greyhounds sprawled across the floor but it wasn’t an issue for dogs or customers. Everyone joined in the upbeat atmosphere.
