This beautiful country pub was refurbished in 2016 and has 2 bars, 2 dining areas and a massive outdoor patio as well as 6 bedrooms and 5 luxury lodges with private hot tubs. Dogs are welcomed in all the bedrooms, the Lodges, both bars and in one of the dining areas. Water bowls and free dog treats are provided.
Owners Kate and Andrew have 7 dogs of their own – all rescue mutts (with the exception of Moss the sheepdog). Their frustration with the lack of access to decent food, drink and accommodation to dog owners led them to insisting that every possible aspect of the Baiting House should be as dog friendly as possible.
