This pub is friendly, has amazing food and is welcoming of dogs in the bar area and seating area outside in the summer. They have treats on the bar and water readily available. It also looks over the White Waltham Cricket ground where you watch a game on a sunny day plus there is a fabulous dog walk past the cricket pitch through the grounds of Shottesbrook the residence of Lady Smith.
Not only is this pub great for entertainment and food but they have a wonderfully friendly approach to dogs. As a comparatively new owner of a very lively puppy it’s the “place to go” - dog beds and biscuits aplenty!
Dogs have there own restaurant room although can go anywhere. They get a meal too and that means I don't have to save any of mine which is hard to do when the food is so good.
