Went to the Haywain for the first time a few weeks ago after doing a dog-friendly pub search on the internet What a wonderful surprise we got upon arriving with our two Chihauhaus. The staff were extremely welcoming and we were given an excellent table to dine at. The dogs were very well behaved and admired by many of the no-dog patrons, in fact one teenage girl sat and played with them for a while. The food was excellent and the Adnam's Beer just up my street. Went there again this past Friday evening and had their special deal of 2 Flat Iron Steaks and Two Drinks for just £10!!! Upon making the request they even cooked and cut up a sausage for the dogs. The ambience of the pub is excellent and the serving staff very attentive. My wife and I would thoroughly recommend a visit to all dog lovers in the area. There is a large car park round the back of the building. 10/10
Lovely friendly pub, a place to meet where doggy friends are welcome too. A nice field to the side with plenty of outdoor covered and uncovered tables.

The Robin Hood Pub is the most friendliest pub around for everyone. Dogs are very welcome
