The Jolly Cricketers is a Freehouse village pub. The heart of the community that welcomes all including four legged friends.
We make and sell homemade dog biscuits with all the proceeds going to ‘Search Dogs Buckinghamshire’ who search for the missing and vulnerable and also ‘MIND’ for mental health. Over the past 9 years we have raised over 2500k for these two charities from the sale of the biscuits.
We are a small and very busy pub but we always welcome our four legged friends and their owners. We won ‘Best place to drink with your dog’ with the Kennel Club in 2010. We would be delighted with another doggie award!
Sadly our pub dog, a border terrier named Elvis was stood on in the pub on a busy Friday night and became anxious around people. The Landlord sadly put him into retirement, he would be over the moon for the pub to be recognised again as a Dog friendly venue.
