12 October 2018 at 6:24pmWe love the H&P & rarely go anywhere without our dog. Dogs are allowed in all the pubs in Bingham (except Wetherspoons) however we love the atmosphere & choice of Ales here best.
There is even a plaque at the bar at Yorkshire Terrier height to commemorate a departed canine regular.
We have to say that we fully agree with the ban on dogs on the seats. We have been in the pub when regulars with two dogs had one on a blanket on a chair even when lots of customers including some older people were standing & obviously looking for seats. We take a towel or mat for our pooch when its colder & the pub welcomes this option.

27 August 2018 at 10:02amIt’s a pity people have complained and dogs are not allowed on the furniture even if they are on their own dog blankets. Our two used to just lay there on a blanket or our coats but sadly not allowed to now.
Apart from that the H&P is an excellent place to take your dogs.
