Great pub in a great location. Set in the countryside close to York this pub is a cosy as they come, the pub itself fits right in to the area with decor of a typical old village pub and feels a central point of the village. We stayed the night in one of the double rooms and even with the window open at night it was very peaceful, breakfast in the morning was made to order and a good selection was available. The pubs is dog friendly with water bowls and biscuits available and plenty of locations to walk. All in all a little pub.

Cosy country pub set amongst the rolling hills of North Yorkshire. Food is amazing, staff are friendly, a good choice of wine and gin and to top it off, you can bring your furry friends!

A beautiful family run country pubs with outstanding views. Great food and perfect for dog walkers to pop in for lunch or a snack or a place to have a evening meal.

Excellent service with wonderful rooms too. A must visit if you’re in the area!

Warm, friendly welcoming pub with great food and atmosphere. Four legged customers are as welcome as their two legged partners and are spoilt rotten!
